Easy to order, 2nd or 3rd time I have done so. Arrived on time. Reasonably priced for a very well designed item [Light switch component]

The items were defected and trying to return to order new is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Excellent customer service. I had a part break on me and I went to purchase it new (as I had the item installed for a year or so), and they insisted on sending the part to me free of charge. Quite refreshing to deal with a retailer that stands by their products this much. Not to mention their beautiful and unique designs really enhance the details in any room.

Really pretty. I got the 4G brass and 1G brass, toggles and outlet. Great atheistic packaging. The only but significant negative I’ve encountered is the bevel plate is flat, so if you have a typical American outlet box and the drywall isn’t cut PERFECTLY to slightly larger than the junction box, and the junction box isn’t inset enough… the entire assembly does not sit flush with the wall and sticks out awkwardly, showing any warp and the black plastic backside of the plate. I have to remove everything now and take a multi tool and attempt to carve out drywall to allow it to be flush mount. Would highly recommend Buster and Punch adjust their tooling and plate profile to a bevel to allow for imperfect junction boxes and drywall like every other cover plate on the market at major retailers!

Nice product. A bit expensive

We’ve outfitted our renovation in Buster + Punch electrical units. And so far, they are amazing. People comment on how gorgeous they are, when they enter my home. A true work of art.

We recently were sent two broken units, but the team at B + P quickly rectified the situation immediately with replacements. It’s so satisfying to receive exemplary customer service, in a day when it’s lacking.

I will definitely order from B + P in the near future!
